Two tools, built in parallel: an early design review for both sets the visual direction and briefs the designer — PDF templates, email templates, and the on-screen look of both tools — then everything converges on one joint walkthrough and one shared launch day.
Each tool has its own lane below. The three pins crossing both lanes — design review, joint review, launch — aren't specific to either tool; they're shared moments for the whole project. Dates are business days only — the hatched seams mark each weekend, which is skipped, not worked.
Same schedule, laid out as a list — useful for your calendar.
Kickoff
Development starts on both tools at once — one team, two parallel tracks.
Design review — IMPACT Gap Assessment + First Fans First
A session with you covering both tools together, and the point where our designer gets the brief and material to start work — the PDF templates, the email templates, and the on-screen visual design for both.
Design brief applied & final checks
IMPACT Gap Assessment picks up the design direction, then a real end-to-end test.
First Fans First — in development
Backend, the four-step flow, and PDF/email delivery get built against the approved copy — with the design brief already built in. Weekends in between aren't worked.
Joint review — IMPACT Gap Assessment + First Fans First
One call, both tools: the full functional walkthrough — PDFs and emails with the finished design applied — and the green light for launch.
Adjustments — both tools
Feedback from the joint review gets applied across both.
Both tools go live — project complete
IMPACT Gap Assessment and First Fans First deploy the same day, linked from the site, and ready to collect submissions.
